As metioned, plenty of deals to be had.
My co-worker's husband is AZ now (for a few weeks), as there are a host of other auctions that pop up around Barrett-Jackson time, so he hits 'em all and finds some good deals. He's an old car broker (my dream job) so knows exactly what to look for.

Exactly - Everyone remembers the ‘70 AAC Cudas, the Caddy series 62 convertibles, the ‘67 GTOs and the ‘59 de Sotos. The list goes on........
There’s a heck of a lot more cars crossing the block. If you know what muscle you like. You can find one heck of a nice driver at most any level to start work on. Most are going as great bargains to the new owners.
Most can have that crate you speak of dropped in, and not need a thing to run as a daily driver that’s for sure going to turn plenty-o-heads. As bought.
