I'd wait for a GT2559V from an Opel or Renault diesel and start with it.
By the math, a nonturbo 617 will move 264.75CFM at 5000rpm but less in reality due to volumetric inefficiency of the engine BUT more from turbo airflow. I figure in the 400cfm range at 13psi boost.
