Hopefully, she didn't use the red threadlocker. Heat might help free it up, but I would submerge it in kerosene overnight to get the residue out. IMHO.

When I was a little kid, my dad came in after mowing the lawn and opened the Frigidaire..... and picked up what he thought was apple juice and started to chug it down. He started to heave when realized it was... vinager.

He wasn't thrilled, to say the least.
