I could be wrong,but he may be asking about the brake strut bushing or as I've also have heared it call the brake thrust bushing. Yes it is a diy job if you know your way around the front suspension a little. 1.5 to 2 hours a side would be a reasonable charge. Any 126 with 150k or more would probably need them.
