yeah, and specifically it is the rear section of the brake master cyl res that supplies the clutch.
also you can lose the clutch master and not have any leaks. it can be an internal leak like a brake master cyl.
if it is the clutch master you will be able to pump up the clutch and get action. but if you sit at a light with the clutch depressed it will slowly engage and the car starts to take off.
