The windows that quit working, were they opposing or same side? If both left or right side then I would suspect the switch, if say, left front and right rear went out (or the other two) then it is the fuse.

The fuses for the windows should be under the hood on the firewall. There are several covered, two fuse fuseblocks near the right fender/firewall area. Just lift the cover off and check the fuses. There should be four of these fuse blocks, and the one closest to the fender (I think) should be the block for the power windows.

Even if the fuses look OK, change them out, and clean the fuseblock ends before installing new 16 amp (red) fuses.
