That sounds about right...I was just hoping that there would be an easier way.

I have removed and re-installed lights in my former W126, in my 300TE and in my W210.

All of them were a breeze, no more than 10 minutes per light.

This one seems to be a toughie.

But I am anal about things, so I will bite the bullet and do it, just to make sure that the light is mounted at all 3 points.
