You have new OEM crush washers, there the only way to go as they don't corrospond to common sizes...

refitting the sleave can be a little effort, but it prevents the corosion of the clamp...

Your lines should be good if you counter hold them and take it slow...

A rag and a bucket should be good, maybe some various sized rubber stoppers if you have any around, and wear eye protection! when you crack those lines
