Congratulations. I also just (two months ago) got a 1993 300D 2.5. I'll say that so far I don't regret it (those electronics make me nervous, but apparently they are pretty primitive still). And the car is simply amazing. I love my 123's, but there is no comparison to how it handles, tightness, especially the suspension and steering is so nice. And the power! It's the best car I've ever driven. Now we'll have to see about durability....
