The 300CE-24 is rated with 35-40 more HP however it is more like 20-25. Of course the car is faster, esp above 4,000rpm.
Most people don't buy 2 door MB's so the car wasn't real popular as the price was $12,000 more than the sedan.
The coupes are very nice cars!
