You don't need the computerized part of the power seats. Basically +12 on one lead with gorund on the other the seat will move in one direction. switch +12 and ground and teh seat moves in the other direction.

Once you determine which wire goes to which motor you should be able to hool up a set of switches to move the seats the way you want to. The box under the driver's seat is basically a bunch of relays and electronics for the memory part.

It really shouldn't be difficult, but albeit time consuming figuring out which wire goes where.
