near here, in a town so small that it barely appears on any maps, a farmer has shot a woman who apparently was trying to break into his barn. he called police saying someone was trying to break into it and by the time they got there she was lying dead between his barn and house. as of this morning's paper he was being questioned.... but was not yet arrested.

on the side of his barn was two signs: one said danger, bad dogs (or similar). the other said "tresspassers will be shot. survivors will be shot again".

i am thinking it does not look too good for the farmer.
