I had my hard top propped up on the back side of the top, leaning against the wall. I used some seat cushions underneath to dispearse the weight some. I saw how the top sat in a storage rack, and it seemed to rest on the bars similar to the way that it did on the cushions. I had it sitting there for a couple of months until I could make a hoist and storage device. Now it is hanging from my garage ceiling.
