Sorry, was thinking of a 96 OM606 when i responded. Am not certain your 95 is the same in terms of electrical controls. I did not see it in the details where i expected to find it.

On the 96-99 it is located on the right firewall in the sealed box with the computer, etc. It sends power to numerous devices and fails/causes intermitent problems when the printed circut board develops cracks from expansion/contraction/age.
