I'm dealing with getting my leaky injection pump (on my 98 E300TD 606.962) resealed and was told by a local (and well respected) diesel service center that the new low sulfur diesel would start to take a toll on my injection pump causing premature internal component failure.
I've been using RedLine diesel catalyst for years, but I'm now hearing that to replace the sulfur, that new formulations are needed.
Anyone able to clarify?
