I would say that is something the shop would have to inspect while the car is there since without looking at it, there is no way to tell.
Sounds like the car is close to a 105-k "E" service and may need that performed unless you have had all that done already.
But really it needs to be inspected by a competent shop that knows theese cars, especially one with a good engine guy that can look the car over since it sounds like you ran it hot.

Thanks guys.
But what's an "E" service? I tried a little search but didn't come up with anything..
I also don't have the car's original boolet with me as it is with the car itself.. would anyone be as kind as to tell me what it is or redirect me toward a page that could help me? Thanks
