With damage THAT significant, it shouldn't have been just a "pull it out and paint it" or "slap in a dismantler-supplied used panel" type of repair.
A good body shop should have put this on a Frame-Align or have a laser-jig that points out problems of this nature.

You could start with going to a repair shop that does a lot of front-end work and have them look at it. You MAY want to take it to a body shop to have them put it on their rig and figure out if more than just a tie-rod or control arm or something needs to be replaced or straightened.
