this might be astupid question,,, but

If a 300SD W126 1984 automobile were involved in a fender bender to were the the radiator support and passenger side fenderwell needs replacing. After those repairs the car pulls to the right, the camber can only be set to -20 can't pull it in to 0. What's most likely damaged? the steering knuckle, the frame twisted, the upper control arm twisted? And how can I inspect these parts? will a visual inspection of the steering knuckle suffice?
