this might be astupid question,,, but
If a 300SD W126 1984 automobile were involved in a fender bender to were the the radiator support and passenger side fenderwell needs replacing. After those repairs the car pulls to the right, the camber can only be set to -20 can't pull it in to 0. What's most likely damaged? the steering knuckle, the frame twisted, the upper control arm twisted? And how can I inspect these parts? will a visual inspection of the steering knuckle suffice?

With damage THAT significant, it shouldn't have been just a "pull it out and paint it" or "slap in a dismantler-supplied used panel" type of repair.
A good body shop should have put this on a Frame-Align or have a laser-jig that points out problems of this nature. You could start with going to a repair shop that does a lot of front-end work and have them look at it. You MAY want to take it to a body shop to have them put it on their rig and figure out if more than just a tie-rod or control arm or something needs to be replaced or straightened.
