Thanks for the input and the welcome. The brake fluid specified on the fill cap is dot 4. When I went to buy the dot 4 fluid, all I found was semi ,or fully, synthetic dot 4 fluid . Is all dot 4 synthetic and is this the correct stuff? Also ,is a trans pan and torque converter drain with a filter replacement as effective as a full trans fliud replacement flush (with the appropriate machine)? Thanks, Jim
