Guys,

Theres got to be something else. I am now on the third becker radio in my 300 SE and it still pops.

I was told that leaky radio electronic components were te cause

I sent both amps and head unit. The Becker dealer found nothing.

I ran the radio with the car stopped in the garage and antenna unpluged and it still popoes both right and left side with either the left or right amp unplugged.

This is a common problem and I fear we are all missing something. I like the ground changing scheme?

As for the radio working eith ground unplugged, ther are grounds going to the amps. If these are not unplugged, I would think the radio would in fact work anyway?
