I'm taking the gauge cluster out ONLY to remove the clear lense and put a burlwood trim piece on the inside. I think their directions refer to putting the trim piece OVER top of the plastic lense, but that seems tacky!! because if you lean to the right/left then the gauges are going to look all funny--so I'd rather put it on the INside of the gauge cluster. Tips on where to start please?
