Hmm,--It doesnt sound good.....
Looks like the fuel pressure Elements are seized up, maybe from water ingress/moisture etc. Were any of the pump inlets or outlets open to the air for all those years of dis-use?-In humid/damp conditions, its amazing where moisture will get in....
If the 'cleaning/lubrication' recommended above doesnt free them off, they are probably shot and will need replacement, which is a specialised job as they need setting up after....
