Uhhh that was figurative...I had it tuned so it was the quietest Diesel I had ever heard, like a Rolex. I know it was unnaturally inwards 'cause I could barely get in there with an extension bar and a 10mm socket to tighten the innermost IP bolt and on most 300D's the way i see them, you could use a Monkey wrench to tighten that bolt...

Now it sounds like the difference between washing silk stockings in your washing machine and washing your Timberlands in your washing machine

Of course I have repeatdly said i have torn down and rebuilt these engines but that doesnt mean I have done it right--come to think of it, I am still missing several crsecent wrenches since I did my valves...and my valve cover does have a clanging noise
