I would like to post some pictures of my diesel injection pump to explain what is going on. I have completed most of the suggestion which included the fuel pump cleaning and it needed it - piston was stuck. I now runs freely and pumps fuel. I still do not get any fuel out of lines at the injection pump. Need some help with posting pictures here.

I think I may have figured it out - lets see if we have pictures. Please notice that #3 lifter is up and all other are down yet the springs are compressed the same distance. On the other picture the brass fitting inside the piston is loose in #3 but solid in others. What is correct. Thanks again for any assistance.
