I merely implied that some reasonable term limits might be a good idea, to reduce the "career politician" factor.

I wsa responding more to this line:
And Congress reflects NOTHING nowadays, except their own desire to get re-elected.
It's burdensome at times but they get re-elected by pleasing their constituents.
