What, or where, exactly is the "removal position"?
As it is right now, I put the key in, and cannot turn it right nor left. I jiggle the steering wheel back and forth, it is in the locked position, and I can feel something give a tiny bit inside the ignition switch, but I can't turn through to the on or start positions.
If I have to change it out the hard way, what am I up against?
