WOW,what a PITA! that gasket is to put in!!!
While I was in there I also noticed that the brushes on the side were bad.so I also changed them.Now the sunroof does not close completely w/o some manual assistance at the very end of its travel.with no help it closes to about a quarter inch roughly(maybe less-but not all the way).Are there adjustments that need to be made AFTER replacing front seal and side brushes?Is this normal?Is there a "break-in" period for these seals?
Sorry no way to post a pic at present.
And yes the front seal is seated correctly.the mechanic at the local dealer said it looks installed correctly,but I have to make a appt for any more info!cant afford that.any help or insights are appreciated.
