Your best bet is to see if there is a shop foreman or a technician available to ride with you. This is the best way to get your problem fixed. Sometimes it is hard to determine what a customer is talking about without having them around. And sometimes we fix the wrong squeaks and rattles(ones you didn't even know you had).
