are you sure? i looked it up on startekinfo and got a code related to rear oxygen sensor, they show 34 and 35 related to the upshift delay, i referenced it using engine 104.992 in chassis 124.032

Most likely problem is a leaking control element at the tranny for delayed shift when engine is at warm up condition. This is an emmissions code and the concept is to hold the trans in second gear delay to help speed the cat up to temp.
