The side that blinks faster will indicate which side of the car to look for the bulb. Don't forget to check if all wiring is connected. I didn't have a burnt bulb, but I forgot to connect the plug for the tail light (after some tinkering), and true enough it told me something was amiss on the left side, which was the unplugged 6 pin connector for the tail light on the same side the turn indicator blinked faster.
