Can't turn engine over by Power Steering pulley
I just adjusted my valves a couple days ago and I encountered something weird on my 617 engine. I would crank from the Power Steering pulley and it'd go a few degrees clockwise and stop. I thought what the heck. Then I cranked the camshaft nut just a touch and it'd sort of click. I looked at the timing chain tensioner and it moved with the click. Then it was free at the Power Steering pulley for a few more degrees. then lock up again.
Doesn't seem right. Any ideas?
