Thanks for this. I am only just getting round to this, and I can't get it off.

Any suggestions on how to get the shade off/out? Its not rocket science, and I think I'm a pretty clever guy (ok, average), but I just can't see how to get it out.

Please all you MB trained guys, whats the trick to this??
