I don't know anything about the 240D... does it have the monovalve or was that before it's time?

If it has a mono then jumper it to 12 volts and see if it actuates... if it does then you have a ccu problem, if it doesn't... do what I did and replace it with a ball valve until you can get your monovalve fixed
