Does the car start with some starter fluid sprayed in the intake ? If yes, the problem is with fuel delivery and not electrical.

Does this car have a cold start valve ? Do you have current thru the EHA right before the start (on run position of ignition switch) ? That current should be between 10 and 20 ma.
