Your friend in Bhopal has to sell his kidneys due to the irresponsible way he shaped his life, probably got married, living on fringes, un-educated, has more than 4 babies and now has to sell kidneys to sustain. Don't think he would make it to US, the ones who make it have education, most of em top notch and do quite well in US as per the US Immigration department studies.
