Ahh hose clamps, learned a new name for them. You may be on to something, If I can figure out a way to get at the clamp that is on the old hose maybe I can pull the old hose off. The problem is going to be getting the new one on the nipple. It will be tight. I guess you just put a bigger hose over the old one and were able to clamp it down.
