Sorry, I didn't realize the situation. Properly marketed with good documentation of the rebuild work could result in a higher sale price.

Clean it up and get it running decent and go for it.

If you find that right person you might come out a lot better. With the internet you can reach a lot of folks.

Folks around here tend to be kindof guarded in the wallet department.
