I suggest fixing some of the problems to help the resale.
You may be able to fix the window regulator for very little money.
What usually happens on these is the alloy pivot pin that attaches the lift-arm and helper-spring loosens and allows the arm to fall off. It's possible to drill the pivot-pin center for a small self-tapping screw and attach a washer large enough to secure it in it's hole. The pivot-pin may still be a loose fit in the hole, but so long as the screw and washer retains it, the regulator will work.

Rebuilt calipers can be had for a decent price, but I recommend replacing their brake hoses at the same time. In the case of your rear brakes, you might need new rear hoses anyway, as the OE W115 calipers may have been superceded to the later W123 style, which replaced the original short hose/bracket & connector pipe with a longer hose connected directly to the caliper.

Unless they're actually broken, I wouldn't worry about the shocks.
