My grandma passed away almost a year to this day. She was very big on family and knew everyone you were distantly related to twice removed and all that stuff. Im all German in ancestry and wanted to get something having to do with my family. I think I remember my grandma saying my great great great grandparents came over in 1865 or 1866. I asked my grandpa but he doesnt remember stuff like that like my grandma did.

My grandparents are like a second set of parents to me and my grandpas starting to get up there now. And I want something to remember them.
I was looking at 2 flags, either this or one that is almost identical to the one used today. Both were from right before my family came over
