That sounds a lot like my problem. It seems that the rain was coming in from the run off from the car rather than from the underside of the car. Are there any diagrams of the doors that show these boots? Can I plug them with some of that "foam filler" stuff in a can? What are your thoughts on spraying some undercoating on the inside of the floor boards?
