Do you have the 4 or 6 cylinder?

Remove the air filter and unbolt the valve cover and confirm the status of the timing chain before trying to start the motor again. If the chain is broken and the camshaft is not moving the valves in time with the pistons, then it's likely that the pistons have damaged the valves, pistons or both.
