New Process NP435. Very common tranny in Ford and Dodge trucks for years. (Some were used in Chevy trucks but were a little different.)
The Ford version had a very low 6.68 first gear that works well in 4WD applications.
The Borg Warner T-18 has the same bolt pattern and center hole and some people prefer those trannys.
The setup is going in a '67 Land Rover 109.
