I presume you're referring to the torque for the rotor set screw. Please explain why the set screw should be replaced. I can't believe a torque setting for the set screw is critical ... snug-tight should be fine. Once the lug bolts are installed/torqued the rotor isn't going anywhere. In fact many/most cars don't have rotor set screws.
