My argument is that stupid people can get hurt... Take off the "warning, do not use when sleeping" stickers off the hairdriers, get rid of any/all helmet laws, and see who has brains, and stay away from thoose on the street with their brains outside their skulls

Something like that. The helmet would have added more energy to the dudes head, and it didnt look like it woulda helped after the initial handelbars to face impact that took it off anyways...
