1968 International gas V8

I'm looking at an old dump truck to use at the ranch. Seller says it has a V8 but did not know the displacement. I've found 266, 304 345 and 392s with 345 being the most popular. He claims three yrs ago it had a overhaul due to a cracked piston skirt. Sounds legit to me.
Any way to tell the displacement? I have no knowledge of old International engines. What to look for???

Anyone here familiar with these old beast? Any web sites?

Also, it has a 75 gallon saddle tank almost full of old gas. I'm wondering if there is some additive I could use and just run it. Getting rid of that much old gas may be a problem.
