although some oil in the intake is normal on these cars you might want to check if you are getting more than normal.Check the outlet of the turbocharger it should not be dripping wet with oil,an oil film there is to be expected.The hose from the valve cover to the intake can feed oil into the turbo,you can put a longer hose on there and run it into a can and drive a few days to get an idea of how much oil is coming from there.In any case cleaning the manifold is a good thing to do and not difficult,just really messy.Dont forget to order the 2 gaskets for the manifold from Mercedesshop.com so you dont have to go to your local $tealer$hip and pay X4.
