Hmmm,

Brought a W126 300 SE (3.0L) the other week and thought I'd go and get the air-con recharged.

Chap wasn't sure whether or not it was R12 gas, but then found a problem. There are 2 hoses which look like they should be attached to something but they are not. Do I have a missing part(s)? I've put a photo below.

Any help would be much appreciated.
