I think I am going to court and see what the judge has to say. The fine is set at $80 but I am not going to pay it until court date. What do you guys think? Or should I just pay it?

Well, first off you were guilty so man up and take it like a man. Unless your a girl then nevermind.

It's really not the worst thing in the world.....seriously.
I don't think you understand what a favor that officer did for you. Speeding fines for 15+ over the limit are astronomical. And in my opinion if the officer appears in court you don't stand much of a chance.
Just pay the ticket, take traffic school on-line and get on with your life. And STOP SPEEDING!!
