Lots of body shop supply places sell it; just call around. I priced it out at something like $120 a roll. A roll was enough to do 4 or 5 cars. In the end I chickened out and took the car to a body shop to have it done for about the same price as roll. I have heard it is not easy to do yourself.

By the way I had a car with this on back in 1989. It was a new product then. I found that it got a hazy after about 3 or 4 years. I peeled it off and the paint underneath was just like new. The plastic peeled off easily. I strongly recommend it.
